They're my new favorite couple! See, Neil is in love with Will, but Will's focused on Matt and his return. Will likes Neil only as a friend, while Neil likes her more than a friend. She swims with him and goes to a party with him, goes to the beach with him, and is in a restaurant with him in Issues #71, 73, and 74. After 74, Neil dissappears. I hope he comes back in the T2bW saga and Will cheats on Matt with Neil!!! Maybe I'm evil!!! XD
