Irma Lair has been through a lot. She was just a normal girl until she found she was the guardian of water. Her mom, Anna Lair, is taking place for her real mom. Irma has taken it pretty well. Irma's dad is a cop.Irma also has a 7 year old brother named Chris who loves to annoy heer. Irma can do many tricks with water like waterfalls and rain. Irma Lair was friends with Hay Lin, Cornelia Hale, and Elyon Brown before she met the two other guardians. They were all best friends forever. One day, two new girls named Will Vandom and Taranee Cook came to Sheffield Institute. All the girls bonded very quickly. Later that day, before the halloween party, Irma took a bath and was playing with the bath water. She could make water swirls. This had been happening lately. Whenever she was in the water, she would never get pruny fingers like everyone else. She loved water. Then, at the party, they all had fun until Uriah exploded the fireworks. Taranee saved Will. The girls thought it was over. The next day at Hay Lin's house, the girls were having tea when Hay Lin's grandmother told them they were the new guardians of the veil. Irma found out she had power over water. Because she loved water, that was probably why she was chosen to be the guardian of water. Right after, Cornelia didn't believe it all and thought it was a trick. Elyon told them to meet her in the gym. So that night, Irma went with Will and Hay Lin to the sheffield gym. Cedric and Vathek attacked them. They turned into guardians for the first time. Irma fought them with Will and Hay Lin. Elyon's invite was a trap! Since then, Will, Irma, and all the other guardians have fought many villians.
